Shipping policy
Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned items.
Items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly will be replaced or exchanged at no expense to you, provided that claims are made immediately upon receiving items.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact information at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delivered but Not Received Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
• Check around your delivery location (mailbox, porch, neighbors, secure drop-off areas)
• Contact your local post office or carrier directly to request GPS delivery confirmation
• File a missing package claim with the carrier
Due to carrier policies, we do not offer refunds or reshipments for orders marked as delivered.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. Claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Returned to Sender
Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses or delivery refusal may be subject to a reshipping fee.
